We step in approximately 6–8 weeks prior to your wedding to take the reins—elevating your plans, liaising with your vendor team, and managing the event with calm expertise.

Our approach is discreet and exacting, allowing you and your guests to savor every luxurious moment, from the welcome cocktail to the sparkler send-off.

 

This package includes:

• One preliminary strategy session to review your planning

• One final planning and logistics meeting (4–6 weeks out)

• Review and confirmation of all vendor contracts

• Custom timeline creation and distribution

Mobile Bartending
